Diet Motivational Classes
I have
attended many Diet Groups over the past 10 years and have lost weight,
although never to my ideal target, and have always put the weight back on
and more.
Other clubs concentrate around food especially on what you can and can’t
eat. Craig’s motivational class brings the science back into your diet,
encouraging you to listen to your body, eat consciously and re-programme
your mind to make healthy life choices.
I
have only attended 2 of Craig’s classes to date and I am absolutely amazed
